De oplossing moet onder meer betrekking hebben op: algemene boekhouding; analytische boekhouding; begrotingsboekhouding; beheer van derden; CRM; aankoopbeheer; verkoopbeheer en facturatie; beheer van vaste activa; goedkeuringsworkflows; wettelijke rapportering; PEPPOL-koppelingen; CODA/FEBELFIN-bankinterfaces; integratie met de GRATI-toepassing; gegevensmigratie; een afzonderlijke UAT-omgeving; tweetalige opleiding (FR/NL); een verplichte Proof of Concept. De oplossing moet uitsluitend binnen de Europese Unie worden gehost en voldoen aan de vereisten inzake GDPR, informatiebeveiliging en naleving zoals opgenomen in het bestek.

The procurement shall support the implementation and use of uniform physical and digital identification of locations and equipment based on international GS1 standards. Locations shall be able to be identified by use of GS1 GLN and the equipment shall be able to be identified by use of GS1 GIAI, in the form of GS1 Digital Link and other standardised GS1 syntaxes.
