Maintain, support, and enhance the Action Planner to ensure the portal remains stable, secure, user‑friendly, and responsive to the evolving needs of the AgNav project and its users. AgNav is a national sustainability platform developed by Bord Bia, ICBF and Teagasc that provides farmers with an overview of their farm’s environmental performance and offers single sign‑on access to the standalone Action Planner portal. The Action Planner is used directly by farmers to create tailored sustainability plans, while AgNav Project partners, processors, and farm advisors access the system in a support and oversight capacity to help farmers engage with the tool and implement actions.

Spezialisierte Software-Beratungsdienstleistungen zur Unterstützung des Designs, der Entwicklung, Wartung und des Betriebs der Kernsysteme für Datenverarbeitung, genetische Bewertung und zugehörige IT-Systeme des ICBF. Der Bedarf wird auf 230 Dienstleistungstage pro Jahr geschätzt.

Bereitstellung von Kenntnissen, Fähigkeiten und Expertise für Aufgaben in .NET-Programmierung, XML-Programmierung, Oracle-Programmierung, Uniface-Programmierung, PHP-Programmierung, Streamserve Batch Processing, Multi-Platform Scripting für genetische Evaluierungsdatenanalyse und Systemunterstützung für die Schlüsselsysteme, die die ICBF-Datenbank hosten. Das Datenbankentwicklungs- und Implementierungsprojekt umfasst die Implementierung von Diensten für Herdbuch, Milchaufzeichnung, künstliche Besamung, Gene Ireland-Mitglieder und Farmer-Mitglieder der ICBF.
