Framework agreement for courses and conference services without overnight stays for groups of 10 or more, delivered across Norway.

Provide course and conference venues and catering for meetings, courses and conferences, with or without overnight accommodation. Services are required in Tromsø and nearby destinations.

Provide courses and conference services to the University of Stavanger under framework agreements.

Supply promotional and gift items printed with and/or carrying NTNU logos for events, students, collaboration partners, employees and representation. Deliver to NTNU campuses in Trondheim, Gjøvik and Ålesund under a framework agreement with one supplier.

Hire and supply hot-drink vending machines with assorted drinks and chilled water for common areas, plus coffee machines and chilled-water dispensers for dining areas and meeting-room zones. Provide consumables, servicing, maintenance, continuous refilling and a dedicated on-site service person.

Supply groceries for the day-to-day activities of Norges Bank’s conference centre in Tjøme under a framework agreement.

Supply food products, including large-pack and institutional-kitchen volumes, to Bærum municipality’s service locations and Veas AS. Provide an online shop where volume products are easy to find, and support local food procurement, supply resilience and lower-emission distribution.

Supply fresh fruit, fresh berries, fresh vegetables and fresh-cut/processed vegetables under a framework agreement, primarily for municipal kitchens, catering services, kindergartens and after-school care. Includes sous-vide potatoes in 400 g, 600 g, 1.2 kg and 3 kg packaging for delivery locations in Sarpsborg Municipality.

Supply food products for municipal production and commercial kitchens: bread and bakery products, groceries, fruit and vegetables, fish and seafood, and meat and meat products. Other municipal departments may use the contract but are not obliged to do so.

The assignment shall be carried out in BIR's administration building at Lungegårdskaien 42. The canteen was first used in March 2023. The canteen is equipped with necessary kitchen machines, fixtures and detachments. Electricity, public fees, internet, cutlery, porcelain, new kitchen machines/detachments as well as daily cleaning of customer areas will be taken care of and costly by BIR AS. The canteen can cover a day need of approx. 80 employees + any guests that are on the building. The number of visitors to the canteen is subject to varying. It is estimated that there will be an average of approx. 35-40 users/visitors per workday. This is mainly justified by the home office scheme for BIR's employees. As regards the later requirements and price set up, the Tenderer shall use 35 users on average per workday (Monday - Friday).
