Establish a new fire station in Oslo South to replace the current Kastellet fire station and strengthen emergency response coverage in the south-eastern part of Oslo. The fire station will be established at Ljabruveien 125. The fire station is to be sized for 40 employees, including 10 personnel on 24-hour standby, with six bays for fire trucks in the garage (vehicle hall), as well as storage areas and a wash bay. In addition, there will be changing facilities, technical areas, office space, exercise areas, rest rooms, and common areas.

The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. The scope concerns technical assistance for production of stage content and lectures during Arendalsuka, among other things. This includes technical coordination, technical equipment and technical manpower. Arendalsuka's own stages are largely hired out to different actors, so the offered technical personnel must also be able to function as a good representative of Arendal municipality. Concerns a high degree of service, stretches longer than just its discipline, and takes one overall responsibility for seamless liquidation. This contract involves sound, lighting and stage, and in some cases also AV technical systems.
