The procurement shall cover the need for ticket sales and information desks and lockers at the Viking Age Museum. The procurement concerns engineering design, production and establishment of an integrated information counter and changing rooms as part of an ongoing construction project, including necessary construction works, building floors, integration and assembly at the construction site. The information counter shall be a central part of the former Oseberg wing of the existing building, now Vestibylen, which becomes a central point of contact for the public on the way both in and out of the museum. Changing rooms for the public shall be placed over three floors, in the former Oseberg wing in the existing building. The area is expected to have a high impact on persons, by a broad target group of visitors. The requested functionalities shall have a high level of quality, both as regards execution, functionality and durability.

Consultancy services for the operation, maintenance, and development of the water network model for NRVA and its owner municipalities.

Vennesla municipality shall establish a new double hall in Skolevegen. The project comprises two separate individual halls (double hall) and shall include, among other things, a social room for Vennesla school, family and HC changing rooms, sauna connected to the swimming pool, as well as universally designed public and communal areas.

Establish a new fire station in Oslo South to replace the current Kastellet fire station and strengthen emergency response coverage in the south-eastern part of Oslo. The fire station will be established at Ljabruveien 125. The fire station is to be sized for 40 employees, including 10 personnel on 24-hour standby, with six bays for fire trucks in the garage (vehicle hall), as well as storage areas and a wash bay. In addition, there will be changing facilities, technical areas, office space, exercise areas, rest rooms, and common areas.

In connection with project no. 1263101 (UiO HSH Facade Rehabilitation), Statsbygg invites tenders for the design-build contract K202 Ventilation Units. This design-build contract (K202) primarily entails replacing existing ventilation units with new ones in the rooftop plant room. Additionally, related technical installations will be upgraded. This design-build contract (K202 Ventilation Units) will be assigned to the main design-build contractor responsible for the facade rehabilitation (K201 Facade Rehabilitation). Installation and commissioning of the new ventilation units are scheduled for the summer of 2027, taking advantage of the university's low activity level during the May–August period. The contract includes the following options: Option 1: New supply riser to the rooftop plant room; Option 2: Cleaning of ventilation ducts.

Establishment of a new, upgraded square system in Kvinesdal centre, with a stage/amphitheatre, roof superstructure, play area, meeting places, planting and street/parking. In addition, upgrade of some city centre streets and replacement of water and sewage pipelines. Subject areas include: Road and ground work, landscape design, concrete work, joinery, masonry, electro and water and sewage works, assembly of wood structures and demolition and environmental clearance.

Operational and maintenance assignments for stop cleaning and green maintenance for Bybanen AS, including care of areas connected to the railway body, track body with accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Bergen municipality.

Development and renovation of the Pharmacy Building - The University of Oslo. The contract will be carried out as an interaction in two phases, development and implementation phase, with target price as remuneration model.

Operation and maintenance of the road network and urban areas in the centre of Oslo. Contract works include cleaning and handling waste, draining, patching asphalt holes, gritting, snow clearing and removing snow. Minor maintenance work such as replacing edge stones, repairing damaged or worn speed bumps and replacing damaged drains. Duty scheme and stand-by contract for unforeseen events. Minor investment measures including crossing tensioning, establishing of new speed bumps, pruning along the pavement, upgrading/asphalting/maintaining stretches with walking and cycle paths.
