Operate and maintain National Road 13 between Skare and Voss, including routine work to keep the road network functional and infrastructure in good condition. Address damage, accidents, vandalism and natural events, mitigate risks and impacts on road users and neighbours, and carry out authority-ordered maintenance and improvement works.

Build a three-storey extension at Bråvolltunet care home for 18 new hospital places, with changing facilities, a memorial room and storage. Renovate existing premises to create a six-place monitoring unit and new basement facilities, and deliver flood protection and water and sewage works.

Provide a modular building with offices and meeting rooms at Bardufoss camp in Målselv municipality, with fixed fixtures. The authority operates the building during the rental period and has an option to purchase it.

Provide service, inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, replacements, minor alterations, engineering design and documentation for indoor-climate and technical energy systems in municipal buildings and facilities. Scope includes ventilation and automation, heating and heat pumps, cooling, associated components and materials, function testing, energy assessments and system optimisation or reconstruction.

Operate properties and carry out statutory internal control. Record control points and property deviations in Oslobygg’s system, improve and follow up deviations, conduct reception control, and liaise with property technical managers and tenants.

Provide carpentry, plumbing and HVAC, electrical, painting, and machine-contractor excavation services for participating authorities. The DPS also applies within the supply regulations.

Provide indoor and outdoor painting, floor-covering and other surface-treatment services for municipal buildings and sites, including ongoing maintenance, minor repairs and planned redecorations. Deliver assignments with rapid response, coordination, consistent quality and assignment documentation while limiting disruption in occupied buildings.
