Contract works include cleaning and handling waste, draining, patching asphalt holes, gritting, snow clearing and removing snow. Minor maintenance work such as replacing edge stones, repairing damaged or worn speed bumps and replacing damaged drains. Duty scheme and stand-by contract for unforeseen events. Minor investment measures including crossing tensioning, establishing of new speed bumps, pruning along the pavement, upgrading/asphalting/maintaining stretches with walking and cycle paths.

Statsbygg requests, in connection with Project 1148703 - NTNU Campus collection, tenders for the following consultancy assignments: Procurement of project manager for user equipment. The candidate will manage a team that shall ensure user equipment for all the buildings in NTNU Campus Collection.

The procurement concerns the purchase of outdoor lighting equipment and accompanying services. The Contracting Authority needs a flexible procurement scheme for the purchase of different types of outdoor lighting systems for use in, among other things, parks, squares, urban areas, sports facilities, historical environments, cultural environments, recreation areas, facades and other public or private outdoor areas. The DPS includes, among other things, but not limited to: decorative lighting, park and landscape lighting, squares and urban lighting, sports floodlights, area lighting and space lighting, architectural lighting and facade lighting, historical and culturally adapted lighting, special lighting for special purposes, masts, foundations, suspension and fixing systems, control and control systems, sensors and accompanying components, spare parts and accessories. The DIO shall cover all needs related to technical stage assistance, but the primary event will be Arendalsuka. Arendal municipality will be able to use this agreement for other events where there is a need for technical assistance. Establishment, operation and maintenance of a 24 hour resting place along the E134/E18 Kongsberg-Asker. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration needs approx. 100 parking spaces on the stretch E134 Kongsberg-Drammen and E18 Drammen-Asker. Each individual 24 hour resting place shall as a minimum have parking places for 15 wagon trains and shall include a service facility with toilets, showers and charging stations. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 24 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.
