Provide internal and external painting, wallpapering, floor laying and associated materials and equipment for maintenance, upgrades and renovation of municipal buildings and properties. Coordinate works with the authority and its users; up to three suppliers may be appointed under the framework.

Provide electrical, automation and calibration services for process installations, including work during maintenance stoppages, fault recovery, preventive and corrective maintenance, alterations and modifications. The scope also covers other work requiring an authorised electrical installation business.

Provide locksmith services and supply locks, fittings, key systems and access-control products, together with related services.

Provide planned and urgent mechanical maintenance and repair services at FREVAR's energy recovery facility, waterworks, treatment plant and biogas facility. Work includes maintenance, revisions, project work, modifications, breakdown repairs and installation.

Carry out annual inspections, servicing, maintenance and improvements to smoke hatches and fire curtains at Statsbygg properties in the Western area. Includes minor component replacements and repairs.

Inspect and maintain sprinkler installations, associated fire installations and manual extinguishing systems for Vestre Viken HF. Includes an option to supply new extinguishers, fire hoses and sprinkler equipment for all locations.

Provide servicing for approximately 54 lifts in Kristiansund municipality buildings. Coordinate inspection breaks so lifts that cannot be taken out of service for long periods remain available; service is paid only for lifts in operation, and the number may vary during the contract.

Provide services, repairs, maintenance and expansions for existing automatic access control and burglar alarm installations, and complete new installations in existing and new purpose-built municipal buildings, to ensure proper and compliant technical security.

Supply material processing machines (sorting machines) for the contracting authority’s reloading installations under a framework agreement, including service and emergency-response arrangements for the machines.

Supply, installation and maintenance of locks and hardware; production and supply of keys; supply, installation and maintenance of locking and access control systems, including iLOQ and ARX and associated licenses; automatic door operators, door closers and door pumps; service and advisory assignments. Handle planned routine work and urgent assignments requiring short response times.
