Provide carpentry, plumbing and HVAC, electrical, painting, and machine-contractor excavation services for participating authorities. The DPS also applies within the supply regulations.

Provide indoor and outdoor painting, floor-covering and other surface-treatment services for municipal buildings and sites, including ongoing maintenance, minor repairs and planned redecorations. Deliver assignments with rapid response, coordination, consistent quality and assignment documentation while limiting disruption in occupied buildings.

Receive, collect, transport and treat approximately 6,000 tonnes of return wood per year for material recovery. Wood must meet the recovery system’s requirements, with minimal MDF, laminate and other material that limits recovery.

Design and build a three-storey extension at Bråvolltunet nursing home with 18 places, plus alterations to provide a six-place monitoring unit and new basement facilities. Include flood protection and water/sewer works, delivered as an execution contract.

Provide preventive pest control, periodic inspections and emergency call-outs for municipal buildings, outdoor areas and technical infrastructure. Assess infestations, implement appropriate measures, supply traps and bait stations, report each assignment, and recommend prevention and maintain site histories.

Advise Østfold University College on campus development and delivery of its new Fredrikstad campus building. Support the competition and negotiation phases, then help the project owner safeguard its interests, decision needs and responsibilities in dialogue with the selected tenderer, including technical and financial matters.

Provide architectural client-advisory services for the Mjøsa Hospital project, supporting development through the preliminary project phase and any subsequent project phases. Contribute expertise and working methods aligned with the project’s strategic objectives.

Rehabilitate and renovate Persaunet Camp in Trondheim for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency.

Replace mechanical locks and supply, install and commission an electronic locking system with cylinders, keys and access-control software. Provide software licensing, operation and support, establish user accounts and access structures with BYM, and train the administrator. Estimated framework need is 600–800 cylinders and 15–20 keys.

Provide conservation services for selected objects in Norwegian churches, including painted interiors, lime paintings and fixtures in protected churches; glue-coloured decoration in listed and protected churches; and fixtures dating from before 1537. The framework also encompasses specialist conservation expertise and related assessment work described in the selection requirements.
