This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 5b third paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the procurement of a digital system, where the procurement's nature means that the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria targeting these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. Delivery, installation and operation of multi-function machines (MFP) for printing, copying and scanning. Includes ongoing service, support, maintenance, central follow-up of machines, automated handling of supplies, and secure printing via YSoft SafeQ. The system must support integration with AD/Entra ID and RFID card readers. The contract period is 2 years with options for 1+1 year extensions.

Procurement of a new central operational control facility (central control plant) for the current buildings for UNN Åsgård. The new control plant must be compatible and user friendly with the control plant for the new building being planned for UNN Åsgård.

The operation of hardware (cylinders and keys) is included in the operations contract that the Agency for Urban Environment has on technical traffic installations (26-BYM-2025) and in future equivalent agreements. The software/cloud service of the locking system. The procurement is for the licence, operation and support of the software. The contract also includes the establishment of the lock system, including training of the administrator, the construction of an account and access structures in cooperation with BYM.
