The procurement covers a single contract for two operational vessels built on a common platform with virtually identical catamaran hulls. The vessels are to be designed to allow for potential future conversion to electric propulsion. The vessels will replace existing craft and be used for operational tasks, maintenance, and archipelago services in the inner Oslo Fjord. Both vessels are to be delivered with a petrol-powered propulsion system: Operations vessel 1 will be based at Hovedøya. Operations vessel 2 will be based at Håøya. The operational tasks require robust vessels capable of beaching and docking in shallow waters, as well as operating in narrow and confined bays.

Delivery, installation and commissioning of complete navigation simulators for Nord-Troms sixth form college, skjervøy school and Senja sixth form college, Department Gibostad. The delivery includes simulator stations for pupils and instructors, necessary hardware and software, accompanying licences, cabling, integration with relevant existing equipment and adapted furnishing. Flexibility is also wanted for future expansions and integrations, including an option for a fishing module. The assignment includes further training in use and operation, documentation, proposals for a room system and any infrastructure requirements, as well as a service and maintenance agreement with support and access to spare parts.

Dynamic purchasing scheme for the procurement and operational leasing of light vehicles and minibuses. Light vehicles means vehicles under 3.5 tonnes, mainly passenger cars and goods vans, as well as mini buses with up to 17 seats. Tenderers are required to have the delivery of vehicles and workshops in the contracting authority's local area. The vehicles that will be procured are primarily, but not limited to: Passenger vehicle, Multi-purpose vehicle (up to 9 seats), Goods vans (all types including pick-up, under 3.5 tons), Minibus (up to 17 seats).

Ullensvang municipality shall enter into a contract for the procurement of a new harbour boat, which shall be delivered to the current stand-by requirements and shall be operated by transport and emergency along the sea road. The boat is scheduled to enter the regional emergency structure in Hardanger, including the aim of being able to be used by other public actors. The vessel is intended as a multi-purpose resource that will cover several municipal contractors, such as ISPS control, harbour inspections, infrastructure, landslide and inspections.

Avinor uses sope and blowing machines for the removal of ice and snow on runways, taxiways and aircraft parking areas at Avinor's airports. The machines are also used for removing rubber and general sweeping. The objective of the procurement is to ensure access to functional, reliable and environmentally responsible brush cassettes that can be used at Avinor's existing machines.
