Provide strategic and creative development of NRK’s profile, brands and design programme, including brand strategy and design governance. Services span general brand management and design, digital products and services, TV and moving-image design, and global brand insight; coordinate with other suppliers when needed.

Supply, install, configure, service, maintain, support and replace door-environment and security products, sites and systems for the University of Oslo. Scope covers Assa Abloy lock systems, Lenel OnGuard and related licences, and service and maintenance.

Develop, plan, deliver and evaluate a management development programme to support NIBIO’s new organisational structure, roles, collaboration areas and interaction requirements.

Replace mechanical locks and supply, install and commission an electronic locking system with cylinders, keys and access-control software. Provide software licensing, operation and support, establish user accounts and access structures with BYM, and train the administrator. Estimated framework need is 600–800 cylinders and 15–20 keys.

Provide and operate a secure, scalable cloud SaaS system for time and absence registration and approval, work-hours planning, compliance support, management, decision support and reporting. The solution must integrate with municipal systems and support all municipal entities except educational personnel.

Supply Splunk software licences to NHN on commercially favourable terms, supporting closer contract follow-up and flexibility in system development. Licences must serve systems closely integrated with NHN’s existing IT environment.

Provide an internal and external communication system as a service with an accompanying SLA, including network design and operation. The service must allow communication to be established or ceased as needed.

Provide a shared cloud-based SaaS chemical substance register for Agder county, participating municipalities and other entities. Support chemical registration and handling, safety data sheet access and monitoring, risk assessments, exposure registers, reporting, and role and access management.

Supply and manage subscriptions for printed and electronic periodicals, including purchasing and handling.

Provide an electronic system to receive and manage reports of censurable conditions under the Working Environment Act. The system must support dialogue, case handling and follow-up, and the provider must make an initial assessment of whether a report qualifies as a notification and relay that assessment to the responsible entity.
