The works consist of the following works to the existing national school, comprising the construction of a new single storey 2 no. classroom S.E.N. Base extension consisting of 2 no. classrooms with associated ancillary accommodations, 1 no. central activities room, 1 no. multi-sensory room, 1 no. office, 1 no. resource room, staff toilets, cleaners store and adjoining link corridor all to the North (side) of the existing school, roof mounted PV panels, new car parking area to the front (south) of the existing school together with the decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area and the installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with all ancillary and associated site works.

Supply and delivery of commercial large kitchen appliances for a new café development. Installation excluded.

Bauarbeiten für den Anbau eines Eingangsportikus und -überdachung an der Vorderseite des bestehenden Schulgebäudes, den Anbau eines Erdgeschoss-Erweiterungsbereichs an der Seite und Rückseite bestehend aus 1 Klassenzimmer mit zugehörigem Ruheraum, Toilette und Duscheinrichtung, und 1 zentralen Aktivitätsbereich mit 1 Bereich für tägliche Lebensfähigkeiten sowie zugehöriger Nebenanlagen, externe und interne Änderungen am bestehenden Schulgebäude, Änderungen an den bestehenden Fassaden sowie Nebenanlagenarbeiten auf der Baustelle.

Construction of a 208 square meter single storey extension to the south of an existing childcare centre, comprising two classrooms and associated service spaces including adjoining sleep rooms, changing rooms, a plant room and a therapy room including all necessary external works.

Full architectural/mechanical/electrical refurbishment of Cottage No.16 at Muckross, on the N71, Killarney Kenmare route. Competent building contractors with experience in restoration of old buildings of historical and architectural merit are invited.
