Includes harbour construction, quay construction, quay wall construction, marine construction, wharf construction, electricity supply installations, engineering works, storm-water piping construction, infill and land-reclamation work, installation of port lighting equipment, reinforced-concrete work, piling, and sheet piling.

Refurbishment work, restructuring work, irrigation works, electricity works, basement excavation, building construction, demolition, and earthmoving for the creation of a Visitor Interpretation Centre.
