The project includes for the disconnection, removal and replacement of the 3 No Airconditioning AHU units on the roof plant area of the building, including the associated ductwork, attenuators, fittings, weathered upstands etc. The scope also includes modifications and additions to the existing ductwork installation on the ground floor to serve additional modular offices hat were originally part of an open plan arrangement.

Energy Upgrade Works to Unit 1I – Scioból na bhFear, Gaoth Dobhair, comprising construction of a protected stairway and accessible toilet, removal of redundant mechanical and electrical services, and upgrades to ventilation, heating, lighting, insulation and airtightness, together with all associated builders' works.

The works comprise the removal of existing domestic hot water tanks and associated equipment and the installation of a new heat pump domestic hot water system together with a two-pipe VRF air conditioning system. The successful contractor will be responsible for the supply, installation, controls, commissioning, certification and warranty of all systems, as well as the disposal of existing equipment. All works are to be completed in accordance with the attached tender specification, relevant Irish and EU regulations, and the manufacturers' standards and recommendations.

Includes building construction, multi-dwelling buildings, electrical installation, mechanical installations, and development of residential real estate.
