The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of uniform communication services that shall support the contracting authority's strategic and operative communication work. The framework agreement shall ensure access to relevant competence and capacity within communication consultancy services, content production and further development and management of the entity's digital communication areas. In order to ensure efficient, secure and stable management of the digital surfaces, it is necessary that the tenderer also provides hosting and technical support for the systems.

The aim of the procurement is to establish a regional contract within job marketing and employer branding. The agreement shall cover the needs of the health companies that participate in the procurement, and facilitate a comprehensive and effective management of recruitment and visibility work in the region.
