Provision of Administrative and Operational Human Resource Services for WasteServ Malta Ltd. Such services would include but not limited to: i. Recruitment processes and advertising of required vacancies, ii. Head hunting for positions required by the Contracting Authority in different areas of expertise, iii. Disciplinary process as required, iv. Profiling of new recruits and current employees, v. Skills matching with the necessities and technicalities required by the Contracting Authority, vi. General Administration duties to all HR Areas, vii. Payroll Administration as required by the Contracting Authority, viii. Upkeep of the required valid licences/certificates according to Law and as required by the Contracting Authority.
