Het voorwerp van de opdracht is de aankoop, verdere ontwikkeling en onderhoud van een weginfrastructuurmodel ter inschatting van de verkeers(on)veiligheid op het Vlaamse wegennet.

Prestation de services relatives à l'intégration, à la configuration, à l'adaptation, au déploiement, à la mise en production, à l'exploitation, à la maintenance, au support et, le cas échéant, à l'évolution d'une solution informatique complète destinée à supporter le processus administratif régional de traitement des infractions routières. La solution doit être modulaire, extensible et maintenable.

Maintenance corrective des logiciels ; maintenance évolutive des logiciels – y compris la modernisation technologique ; assistance applicative ; traitement des demandes de service (« service requests ») ; assistance technique et architecturale ; gestion des incidents et des problèmes (« support de 2e et 3e niveau ») ; la gestion des versions ; le transfert de connaissances ; la transition d'une phase de développement vers l'exploitation opérationnelle (RUN) ; la gestion et la gouvernance des applications.

Implementatie en beheer van alarm dispatching software, inclusief analyse, migratie, opleiding, ondersteuning en operationeel beheer. De oplossing moet minimaal 600 actieve gebruikers ondersteunen, gehost worden binnen de EU, en voorzien zijn in regelmatige upgrades.

Gestion, maintenance, renouvellement et suivi des licences SAP on-premise et des abonnements SAP Cloud. Le marché ne porte pas sur l'acquisition de solutions RISE with SAP ou SAP Cloud ERP.
