Melhus municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the delivery of resource demanding 24 hour care services. The aim of the procurement is to ensure a stable and professionally reliable 24 hour welfare offer. This primarily applies to adult persons with compound help needs and who may be at risk for acting behaviour. The contracting authority would like, thus, to enter into a contract for the purchase of up to 3 (three) 24 hour places.

Particular emphasis will be put on compliance with the current archive and privacy regulations, good user friendliness, integration with relevant trade systems and Microsoft 365/Entra ID, as well as safe migration and exit options.
