The proposed project involves the establishment of Architecture Services including Exhibition Design Consultant, Fire and DAC Consultant for LISB1 (Library) Refurbishment University of Limerick. The objective is to appoint suitably qualified consultants to support the delivery of the project in a structured, efficient and compliant manner.

Wide ranging training is required and divided into the following Categories as follows, with 4 sub-categories defined under each primary category – each being awarded as a separate lot. Category 1: Advanced Technical and Digital Engineering. The frameworks will be used for technical up-skilling and transversal development of adult learners working in industry to include certified pathways (QQI and NFQ – all levels) and uncertified/bespoke training such as but not limited to hands-on workshops, blended/modular programmes, and Work-Based Learning. Training can take place at various locations nationwide in person or online. Provision of training aims to develop a highly skilled workforce for green and digital transitions across manufacturing, fabrication, civil infrastructure, and heavy engineering sectors included but not limited to the following: Agricultural and Marine, Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, Engineering and Building services, Energy and Environment, Industrial Automation, Materials handling, Metal fabrication and Processing, Packaging, Paper and Print, Precision Engineering.

Consultant and project archaeologist services for the Office of Public Works (OPW) Flood Risk Management division to serve the needs of flood relief schemes' project teams and arterial drainage maintenance teams nationwide. Services to be provided nationwide.

The Provision of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle LiDAR and Orthographic Survey including data capture and processing and extraction of orthophotography images associated with the photogrammetry survey.

Identification, design and submission for planning consent of a Flood Relief Scheme to alleviate the risk of flooding in the community of Nenagh. Tasks include completing the detailed design and procuring, managing and overseeing the construction of the Scheme. The Consultant will progress both the Engineering and Environmental elements of the Tender Specification.

Engineering Consultancy and Design Services for Civil/Structural/Hydraulic Engineering

Following the enactment of the Water Environment (Abstractions and Associated Impoundments) Act 2022 and the subsequent commencement of the Water Environment (Abstractions and Associated Impoundments) Regulations 2024, Waterways Ireland is seeking technical services to prepare the documentation and data required to support the abstraction licensing process with the Agency (Environment Protection Agency, EPA) for waterways under our statutory remit. Our operations include numerous water abstractions and associated impoundments, supporting navigation, pumping stations and operational requirements across these waterways. This contract scope covers a total of fourteen abstractions of greater than 2,000 m3/day under Waterways Ireland's management, which will require abstraction licensing. In addition to the licensing of existing abstractions, the scope of this contract also includes the assessment of two proposed new and reinstated abstraction sources within Waterways Ireland's operational network on the Grand Canal. The Consultant shall review and assess both current abstraction sites and any new or proposed locations described in this tender. The licensing framework will focus on the data gathering, modelling and potential environmental impact of each abstraction. Waterways Ireland will be required to submit necessary information to permit consenting of abstraction application assessments by the EPA, ensuring compliance with our statutory obligations under the Water Framework Directive and supporting our strategic water management objectives.

Detailed Design, Construction Administration and Project Handover of all scheme works, as approved or modified by An Coimisiún Pleanála. Approximately 2.0 km of new single carriageway mobility corridor extending from the R403 Clane Road to the R405 Hazelhatch Road, incorporating high quality active travel provision throughout. A new 66m long clear span bridge crossing of the River Liffey, designed in accordance with relevant Eurocodes and OPW requirements, with no in stream works required. Segregated footpaths and cycle facilities provided along the full length of the route, including: 2.0m wide one way cycle tracks and 2.0 m wide footpaths on both sides of the carriageway for the majority of the corridor; and a 3.0 m wide two way cycle track and footpath on constrained sections approaching Hazelhatch and Celbridge Train Station. New and upgraded junctions including signalised junctions at the R403 Clane Road, Newtown Road and R405 Hazelhatch Road, together with a priority junction at Simmonstown Manor Road and improvements to the Loughlinstown Road roundabout. Public lighting, drainage and SuDS infrastructure, including roadside drainage systems and attenuation features designed to limit discharge to greenfield run off rates and improve existing flood risk conditions. Landscaping, planting and biodiversity measures, including native species woodland and hedgerow planting, tree planting and integration of sustainable drainage features, delivering a net biodiversity gain along the corridor. Utility diversions, protections and accommodation works, including foul and surface water drainage infrastructure, watermains, ESB, Gas Networks and telecommunications assets, as required to facilitate delivery of the scheme. The Consultant shall undertake an Infrastructure Review in conjunction with Kildare County Council, relevant utility providers and other key stakeholders. All environmental mitigation, monitoring and reporting required under the Appropriate Assessment process, Natura Impact Statement, Flood Risk Assessment, and associated environmental and technical assessments accompanying the Section 177AE application.
