The current foot and cycle path on the west side of Torbjørn Bratts veg will be upgraded to the main cycle path with a pavement, with a planned width of 3-4 m for the cycle path and 2.5 m for the pavement. The pavement on the east side of Torbjørn Bratts veg shall also be improved. The project also includes the establishment of a new water and sewage plant for Trondheim municipality as well as comprehensive alterations to cable installations on the stretch.

Levanger municipality needs to enter into new framework agreements for trade services within the disciplines electro, plumbing and pest control. The tenderer shall deliver service assignments on tradesman services in connection with daily operation of all types of buildings and sites.

Electrical services, including the supply of materials used in electrical installations. The contract will primarily cover routine maintenance and minor electrical installation works in municipal buildings and facilities. This includes servicing and maintenance of electrical installations, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, extension and upgrading of existing installations, installation of new electrical systems, and various assembly and installation works.
