Akershus kollektivterminaler FKF (AKT) shall procure an independent system for finance, HR and payroll, with the accompanying services.

The Contracting Authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA). The aim of this notice is to fill the role of developer for project P1160 in the enabling team "Front End" in DRIVE. The role focuses on developing within the discipline Fiori development, with a particular focus on the development of Fiori interface and SAP Standard desktop apps on the Norwegian Defence ́s SAP system.

The contracting authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of Cyber Defence ́s IT Department (CIT) DRIV. The aim of this notice is to fill the role of developer in the product team Structure in CIT DRIV. The consultant shall develope within the discipline ABAP with a focus on the SAP modules DFPS and ECC. The role shall also support project P1160 with the technical upgrade to S/4HANA technology. The role could involve cooperation with any other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.

The Contracting Authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA). The aim of this notice is to fill the role of technical architect SAP for project P1160 in the enabling team "Release" in The Cyber Defence DRIV. The consultant shall fulfil the role with a focus on technical architecture, change and configuration management of SAP. The role will also be required to plan, coordinate and carry out activities in the FIF system landscape. The role could also involve cooperation with any other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.

The contracting authority needs a joint rota and working hours system that shall be used by all sectors in the municipality. The system shall support uniform and efficient management of working hours, reduce double registrations, ensure equal practice and simplify administrative processes across the organisation. The contracting authority needs a flexible and future orientated system with good options for integrations and automation, while safeguarding security, privacy and modern IT architecture. The contracting authority would primarily like a cloud based system, but it also allows for on-prem.

The Contracting Authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA). The "Front End" in DRIVE. The consultant shall take on the role of developer and technical consultant for the conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA in the "Front-End" team and the further development and operation of SAP Fiori. In addition to fiori development, the consultant shall also support and contribute competence building at the Norwegian Armed Forces' own Fiori developers.

The contracting authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of Cyber Defence ́s IT Department (CIT) DRIV. The aim of this procurement is to fill the role of consultant in ICT security in the enabling team "Professional Applications". The Consultant shall contribute with competence in monitoring and mapping the security state of DRIV ́s established application portfolio, security audit, risk/vulnerability assessment, and propose and implement measures to improve the security condition. In addition, the consultant shall provide assistance for the procurement, upgrades and implementation of security certifications for FIF applications on the Norwegian Armed Forces ́ secure platform. The role can involve cooperation with any other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.

The Contracting Authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA). FMA is a part of the defence sector, directly under the Ministry of Defence (FD). FMA shall ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces and other entities in the defence sector have access to cost efficient and secure material and services in line with approved long-term plans. FMA ́s main assignments are planning, procurement, management and disposal of material for the Norwegian Armed Forces and other departments under FD. Organisational reasons can be required during the contract period to transfer the resource to Cyber Defence ́s IT Department (CIT) DRIV. DRIV is responsible for the technical operation and further development (DEVSECOPS) of the Joint Integrated Management System (FIF). FIF is a SAP ERP system integrated with a number of other different applications. Internal processes are based on flexible frameworks (Scrum, SAFE), the Security Act and different industry standards for safety and ITIL for operation. DRIV consists of approx. 150 persons, most of whom are located in Oslo. Both employees and consultants staff the organisation. The aim of this notice is to fill the role of solution expert in project P1160 "Critical upgrading of ERP". The role shall be with the Norwegian Defence ́s SAP logistics system within maintenance, in connection with the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role shall contribute with experience and knowledge from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role can involve cooperation with other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.

The contracting authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of Cyber Defence ́s IT Department (CIT) DRIV. The aim of this notice is to fill a role as a consultant in IT security in DRIV. The role shall contribute to ensuring that FIF/SAP fulfils all regulatory requirements (external and internal) for identity, authorisation and access management. The role shall support other product- and enabling teams with safety assessments of any changes to the Norwegian Defence ́s SAP system and professional applications. In addition, the role will be required to assist with the implementation of internal audits and follow-up of external audits of FIF/SAP. The role could involve cooperation with any other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
