The procurement covers the procurement of a project management tool for building and construction projects, which includes modules/functionality for: - Progress - Finances SHA - Quality management - Document handling - Contract. The system is required, among other things, to allow the contracting authority's project managers a good overview of their own project portfolio and progress in their own projects, as well as an option to plan future projects and their progress. Furthermore, there is a need for the system providing the contracting authority's project managers an overview of the budget for the project and ongoing costs in projects, and that this is done in accordance with NS3453 specification of costs in a construction project. There is also a need for the system to give the contracting authority's managers a general look at the total project portfolio and the projects' total finances.

The aim of this notice is to fill the role of developer in the product team Structure in CIT-DRIV. The consultant shall fulfil a role as an ABAP-developer with a particular focus on the SAP modules DFPS and ECC. The role shall also provide support to project P1160 with their technical upgrade to S/4HANA technology. NIBIO would like, via this procurement, to enter into an agreement that gives the company access to a user-friendly, secure and integratable system that supports general management of infrastructure, including research infrastructure in NIBIO. The system shall support: Registration and structuring of infrastructure across the organisation (common concepts, categories and metadata), Updated overview of availability, capacity and degree of utilisation, use, condition, costs and investment/maintenance needs, Support for ordering and operative use, including booking of fields, units, instruments and laboratories, as well as analyses and other services, Basis for financial follow-up, pricing and invoicing (including integration with ERP), Better data quality, traceability and more uniform management, with reporting and analysis of all data in the system.

The aim of this notice is to fill the role of developer for project P1160 in the enabling team "Front End" in DRIVE. The role focuses on developing within the discipline Fiori development, with a particular focus on the development of Fiori interface and SAP Standard desktop apps on the Norwegian Defence ́s SAP system.
