Building extension housing new circulation core, internal alterations on first floor, with external landscape works and all associated site works at St. Fintan's Hospital, Portlaoise.

This project consists of the part demolition and re construction, to include rear extension at first floor level ,a mixed living unit (note impacts on electrical and mechanical design) of 2 number residential apartment units. The construction of first floor extension and completion of the existing envelope to current regulations, including the achievement of the Building to a BER of A2 or greater. In addition to this, ancillary site works comprising of connection of electrical services, footpaths, parking, boundary treatment and landscape works are proposed

The works consist of alterations, conservation and restoration works to the existing Market House Building and No 25 Old Church St, completion of a new two storey extension to the rear of 25 Old Church St, new finishes, services, roof coverings, facade reconstruction along with new windows and doors throughout and external works to the rear yard and archway.

Special school construction work - Reconfiguration works to provide 2 x SEN classroom at St John of God School, Island Bridge, Dublin 8

Construction of a new single-storey Special Educational Needs (SEN) extension, including associated alterations, mechanical and electrical services, drainage, external works and landscaping. These works will be undertaken while the school remains operational and will require careful coordination to protect pupils, staff and visitors along with the Replacement of the existing roof, roof lights and clerestory glazing, together with upgrade of the surface water drainage system.
