Design, construct and install storage solutions for the Irish Defence Forces at up to nine (9) locations across the country: McKee Barracks, Blackhorse Avenue, D7; Cathal Brugha Barracks, Rathmines, D6; Casement Aerodrome, Baldonnel, Co. Dublin; Curragh Camp, Co. Kildare; Custume Barracks, Athlone, Co. Westmeath; Stephens Barracks, Kilkenny; Dun Ui Mhaoiliosa, Renmore, Co. Galway; Collins Barracks, Old Youghal Road, Cork. All elements are required to be installed as soon as possible from contract signing with the selected provider to support the delivery of the new equipment in 2026.

Turnkey delivery encompassing all aspects of site preparation, civil works, specialist sports surfacing, perimeter infrastructure, and related ancillary installations. The successful contractor will act as the Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) and will be responsible for delivering the project in full compliance with current building regulations, health and safety legislation, and relevant sports governing body standards. The scope includes: Site Preparation (Excavation, topsoil removal, earthworks, and sub-grade preparation), Installation of a comprehensive sub-base drainage network, Supply and compaction of standard geotextile membranes and graded stone aggregate layers, Supply and installation of a high-durability, all-weather synthetic sports surface (e.g., 3G synthetic turf or polymeric surfacing) complete with multi-sport line markings, Installation of a heavy-duty, rebound-style twin-wire mesh perimeter fence (typically 3m–4m high) including integrated access/maintenance gates and upper-level ball-stop netting, Provision of a perimeter concrete kerb, concrete access pathways, and floodlighting.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single party Framework Agreement for services to inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and fire detection and alarm systems in High Voltage substations. Will include annual site visits, checking of systems as required and maintenance / supply or refilling of fire extinguishers, repair and disposal of fire extinguishers as required. Annual testing/certification of fire detection and alarm system. This will predominately be a services framework agreement with a small element of it being works related.

Thermal Upgrade Works under the CASWS 2025 at St. Colmcille's National School, The Quay, Westport, County Mayo, comprising attic insulation and pumped cavity wall insulation to a relatively standard 1990s cavity block and pitched roof school building.

Contractor for Heating Services Upgrade and Gas Conversion Emergency Works Project 2026 at Scariff Community College, Drewsborough, Scariff, Co. Clare

Enhancement works to the Daisy building in Barrack Hill Park Carndonagh, including site preparation, erection of fencing, and building construction work.

Design and build of a bus depot facility for electric buses, including administrative offices, vehicle washing and cleaning building, maintenance bays, workshops, security facilities, vehicle inspection bays, electrical substation compound, transformer buildings, car parking facilities, cycle parking facilities, and all associated ancillary works.

Delivery of a significant programme of housing projects (social and affordable housing) utilising primarily the Design and Build (DB) delivery model. Includes building construction, multi-dwelling buildings, electrical installation, mechanical installations, and development of residential real estate.

Design and Build of Enabling Works at the DART+ and MetroLink Interface at Glasnevin, Dublin, to facilitate the construction of MetroLink. Includes detailed design and construction of key enabling works such as site preparation, demolition, excavation, earthmoving, drainage, railway construction works, and associated civil engineering tasks.
