Levanger municipality needs to enter into new framework agreements for trade services within the disciplines electro, plumbing and pest control. The tenderer shall deliver service assignments on tradesman services in connection with daily operation of all types of buildings and sites.

Mechanical services, industrial plumbing and other relevant maintenance work connected to the operation and upgrading of equipment and treatment plant. Includes start-up and operation of a new final dewatering facility at the start of 2027. Work as needed shall start within 48 hours on weekdays.

Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations, including service, maintenance, replacements and new procurements of electrical installations for the Western Region (West Hordaland).

Electrical services, including the supply of materials used in electrical installations. The contract will primarily cover routine maintenance and minor electrical installation works in municipal buildings and facilities. This includes servicing and maintenance of electrical installations, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, extension and upgrading of existing installations, installation of new electrical systems, and various assembly and installation works.

The contracting authority in the competition is Hadsel municipality. The aim is to procure a modern, user friendly and future orientated system that supports municipal case handling, document capture, archiving, insight, work flow, reporting and secure management of the municipality's documentation. The procurement will include system, implementation, migration, integrations, training, operation/support, security/privacy and further development. Particular emphasis will be put on compliance with the current archive and privacy regulations, good user friendliness, integration with relevant trade systems and Microsoft 365/Entra ID, as well as safe migration and exit options.

Delivery of software, equipment, as well as maintenance and assistance services for the municipality's access control system (AAK). The contracts are for expansions and changes to the existing Lenel OnGuradS2 system. Tenderers must have access to equipment, have Lenel OnGuradS2 certified technicians as well as be certified VAR (Value Added Reseller).

Construction work for sewage pipes, sewer construction work, and general construction work for water and sewage installations.

Repair and maintenance services of building installations connected to the county's buildings, including sixth form colleges, dental clinics, collective installations, fishing ports and an administration building.

Hire of site machines and personnel for excavation and maintenance of municipal engineering sites, excavation and maintenance of water and sewage installations, and summer and winter maintenance on municipal roads.

The framework agreement will have assignments that can include: General technical consulting within the disciplines. Construction, Electro, HVAC and sanitation.
