Includes windows, window frames, special trade construction works, electrical installation work, plumbing and sanitary works, mechanical installations, installation of doors and windows, facade work, and repair and maintenance services of building installations.

Ongoing service, maintenance and repair work related to water supply, wastewater and sanitary systems. Minor refurbishment, alteration and installation works within the scope of the agreement. Planned assignments and emergency call-outs, including fault rectification and measures necessary to maintain the operation of municipal buildings and installations. Refurbishment works and other relevant projects within the scope of the agreement. The supply of both labour and the necessary materials.

Mechanical services, industrial plumbing and other relevant maintenance work connected to the operation and upgrading of equipment and treatment plant. Includes start-up and operation of a new final dewatering facility at the start of 2027. Work as needed shall start within 48 hours on weekdays.
