The proposed project involves the establishment of Buildings Services Engineering Services for LISB1 (Library) Refurbishment University of Limerick. The objective is to appoint suitably qualified consultants to support the delivery of the project in a structured, efficient and compliant manner.

The provision of engineering and technical support in the maintenance and installation of electro-optical control systems for the Irish Naval Service.

The project includes for the disconnection, removal and replacement of the 3 No Airconditioning AHU units on the roof plant area of the building, including the associated ductwork, attenuators, fittings, weathered upstands etc. The scope also includes modifications and additions to the existing ductwork installation on the ground floor to serve additional modular offices hat were originally part of an open plan arrangement.

Energy Upgrade Works to Unit 1I – Scioból na bhFear, Gaoth Dobhair, comprising construction of a protected stairway and accessible toilet, removal of redundant mechanical and electrical services, and upgrades to ventilation, heating, lighting, insulation and airtightness, together with all associated builders' works.

The works comprise the removal of existing domestic hot water tanks and associated equipment and the installation of a new heat pump domestic hot water system together with a two-pipe VRF air conditioning system. The successful contractor will be responsible for the supply, installation, controls, commissioning, certification and warranty of all systems, as well as the disposal of existing equipment. All works are to be completed in accordance with the attached tender specification, relevant Irish and EU regulations, and the manufacturers' standards and recommendations.

EWS 2026 - Electrical Upgrade Works to Mountmellick FET Mountmellick Co Laois. The works entail replacement of the existing electrical services throughout the building.

Design and build of a bus depot facility for electric buses, including administrative offices, vehicle washing and cleaning building, maintenance bays, workshops, security facilities, vehicle inspection bays, electrical substation compound, transformer buildings, car parking facilities, cycle parking facilities, and all associated ancillary works.

Delivery of a significant programme of housing projects (social and affordable housing) utilising primarily the Design and Build (DB) delivery model. Includes building construction, multi-dwelling buildings, electrical installation, mechanical installations, and development of residential real estate.

Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the upgrading of the heating system in Brannoxtown Community National School, Brannoxto, Co. Kildare.

Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for replacing the gas operated water generator system in Coláiste Chraobh Abhann, Creowen, Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow.
