Framework agreement for automatic access control (AAK) and burglar alarm systems (AIA) in the municipality's purpose-built buildings. The contract includes service, repairs, maintenance and expansions of the existing installations, as well as complete new installations in existing and new purpose-built buildings.

3 storage halls shall be established at Elvegårdsmoen in Bjerkvik in accordance with the attached drawings and description. Includes assembly and erection of prefabricated structures, tents, construction work for warehouses and industrial buildings, and architectural, engineering and planning services.

Framework agreement for tunnel and rock protection including cleaning and bolting protection, establishing new and improving existing water and frost protection in tunnels, clearing and bolt protection in cuttings, establishing different types of meshes (ice nets, erosion network etc.), improvements and establishment of new security measures in the open air on European and national roads. Specific projects include TR01: E6 Kvam, TR02: E6 Cleansed, TR03: E39 Søvassdalen, MR01: E39 Brusdalen, MR03: E136 Sørnes tunnel.
