Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin wishes to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to deliver operational event support services for its annual Undergraduate Open Day events, facilitating engagement with prospective students, parents, guardians and guidance counsellors. The Trinity Undergraduate Open Day is the University's largest annual event, attracting more than 10,000 attendees and represents a significant operational and logistical undertaking. The event requires a complex campus-wide build and supports the delivery of over 300 presentations, 90 exhibition stands, campus tours, demonstrations and interactive activities across multiple venues. The 2026 Open Day will take place on Saturday 21 November 2026.

Property Management Services (management of various properties), including mobilisation activities, development and maintenance of asset registers, computer-aided facilities management system, annual maintenance plans, planned preventative maintenance (cleaning, pest control), corrective maintenance, maintenance of bus stops, records and reports, and demobilisation activities.
