The contracting authority needs a joint rota and working hours system that shall be used by all sectors in the municipality. The system shall support uniform and efficient management of working hours, reduce double registrations, ensure equal practice and simplify administrative processes across the organisation. The contracting authority needs a flexible and future orientated system with good options for integrations and automation, while safeguarding security, privacy and modern IT architecture. The contracting authority would primarily like a cloud based system, but it also allows for on-prem.

Operation of the county road ferry route Brattvåg-Dryna. The contract period is from when the contract is signed until 31.12.2033. The operational period is 01.01.2029 – 31.12.2033.

The contracting authority in the competition is Hadsel municipality. The aim is to procure a modern, user friendly and future orientated system that supports municipal case handling, document capture, archiving, insight, work flow, reporting and secure management of the municipality's documentation. The procurement will include system, implementation, migration, integrations, training, operation/support, security/privacy and further development. Particular emphasis will be put on compliance with the current archive and privacy regulations, good user friendliness, integration with relevant trade systems and Microsoft 365/Entra ID, as well as safe migration and exit options.
