The YourSpace Portal, associated websites and associated systems support the central publication and administration services in the co-curricular and extra-curricular space within the Contracting Authority. These portals, websites and systems were developed in consultation with the Contracting Authority's Information Solution Services Unit over the last 18 years, initially the systems were developed primarily for Contracting Authority clubs and societies. However, as new staff and student extra-curricular programmes were developed, they required online system support and this resulted in additional functionality being regularly added to the original portal, websites and systems.

Wide ranging training is required and divided into the following Categories as follows, with 4 sub-categories defined under each primary category – each being awarded as a separate lot. Category 1: Advanced Technical and Digital Engineering. The frameworks will be used for technical up-skilling and transversal development of adult learners working in industry to include certified pathways (QQI and NFQ – all levels) and uncertified/bespoke training such as but not limited to hands-on workshops, blended/modular programmes, and Work-Based Learning. Training can take place at various locations nationwide in person or online. Provision of training aims to develop a highly skilled workforce for green and digital transitions across manufacturing, fabrication, civil infrastructure, and heavy engineering sectors included but not limited to the following: Agricultural and Marine, Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, Engineering and Building services, Energy and Environment, Industrial Automation, Materials handling, Metal fabrication and Processing, Packaging, Paper and Print, Precision Engineering.

Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) are inviting tenders for the implementation of an upgrade to cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics Business Central – Financial Management System from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018. The services to be provided under this contract are as follows: A cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Financial Management, with the necessary customisations and integrations to meet the requirements outlined in Appendix 1. Yr1: Full system upgrade delivery, process flow / operational revision to optimise new functionality from the upgrade including implementation of services, system testing, project management, and the migration of relevant data from Microsoft Navision, limited to the running year and previous three (3) years transactions and balances. The business will be responsible for final end‑user testing and will assign an internal project manager to interface with the supplier’s project manager. Yr1: Provision of structured training sessions for the solution, supported by role‑based training materials (End users, L1, L2 support), and complete system documentation. Yr2: Ongoing maintenance and support for all delivered Business Central customizations, supplemented by L3 and L4 support for advanced technical issues and escalations. L1 and L2 support is anticipated to be supported by in-house IT staff. Appendix 1 outlines BIM’s projected volume metrics, extrapolated from the last 12 months of operational activity. Ongoing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central license fees are expressly excluded from this tender.

RVEEH requires a patient self-service check-in kiosk solution for use in patient-facing areas of the Hospital. The requirement includes four (4) kiosk hardware, kiosk operating system configuration, check-in application/server functionality, kiosk client licensing, integration with RVEEH's patient administration application (iPMS), scheduling and/or patient management environment, implementation services, training, go-live support, ongoing software support and maintenance, and associated software licensing. The solution is intended to support patient check-in and related front-of-house workflow activities, reduce manual administrative burden, improve patient flow, and provide a secure, auditable and supportable platform suitable for use in a public healthcare environment. The solution must support integration with RVEEH systems using HL7 or equivalent agreed interface standards where required by RVEEH. The initial requirement may include multiple physical kiosks, software licences, server or hosted application components, integration services, testing, configuration, training, annual support and optional modules such as patient-call, waiting-room display or multimedia display capability.
