TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF RADON TESTING OF PROPERTIES FOR GALWAY COUNTY COUNCIL

Supply of both spray and brush rolling stock paint supplied in volumes no greater than 5 Litres, for all heavy maintenance and running maintenance activities at its Rolling Stock Spray Paint facilities. The rolling stock spray paint maintenance facilities are located at Inchicore and Portlaoise. IÉ will require the company to supply our full paint product requirements and to also provide technical support to all of IÉ's maintenance depots nationwide, the paint system must consist of a two-component solvent-based polyurethane coating suitable for exterior application to railway rolling stock. The paint system must have excellent durability, including long term retention of colour and gloss, for a minimum period of 8 years, and must be capable of over painting the existing two pack polyurethane paint coatings, and the base material must be capable, through conversion, of being used for both solid and base coat and clear applications.

Replacement of roof weathering membranes and installation of upgraded thermal insulation; replacement of existing rooflights and ceilings; wall insulation upgrades; and the full renewal of all rainwater goods to enhance energy performance.

For the provision of a Preliminary Design and Part 8 Planning for a proposed greyway connection between Drumsna and Jamestown with the option to extending the service, subject to funding, to include stages (ii)c detailed design (iii) construction tender, (iv) construction contract and (v) Project closeout and handover
