The proposal is to refurbish and redevelop No. 6 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. The protected structure is a terraced, three bay, four storey over basement former townhouse built c. 1800. The Project also involves the construction of a new four storey over basement structure and new atrium link.

The proposed project involves the establishment of Architecture Services including Exhibition Design Consultant, Fire and DAC Consultant for LISB1 (Library) Refurbishment University of Limerick. The objective is to appoint suitably qualified consultants to support the delivery of the project in a structured, efficient and compliant manner.

Provide PSDP Services for DPC's capital programme projects in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Construction Regulations 2013 as amended and support DPC in fulfilling its statutory duties as a client in respect of health and safety coordination during the design process, across a range of civil, structural, marine, building and infrastructure projects throughout the framework term. The successful Framework Members must demonstrate the capacity and expertise to fulfil the statutory PSDP role across all project phases, from inception and feasibility through to detailed design, tender support, and handover of the completed Health and Safety File, as required under individual call-off contracts. DPC requires firms with strong health and safety design coordination experience across a range of construction project types, including civil engineering, marine structures, port infrastructure, buildings, and utilities works.

The procurement of Consultancy Services to examine the future requirements/development of infrastructure at the Defence Forces Training Centre (DFTC) at The Curragh, Co. Kildare including the Training Installation Staff Coolmoney (TISC) and Glen of Imaal, in line with Level of Ambition 2 identified by the Commission on the Defence Forces Report, and the Updated Detailed Implementation Plan dated February 2026.
