Includes windows, window frames, special trade construction works, electrical installation work, plumbing and sanitary works, mechanical installations, installation of doors and windows, facade work, and repair and maintenance services of building installations.

Ongoing service, maintenance and repair work related to water supply, wastewater and sanitary systems. Minor refurbishment, alteration and installation works within the scope of the agreement. Planned assignments and emergency call-outs, including fault rectification and measures necessary to maintain the operation of municipal buildings and installations. Wasser- und Kanalisationsprojekt für Sletteveien-Karstensens vei. Der Auftrag umfasst ca. 2.200 Meter Rohrleitungsgully (Trennung) und einen neuen Pumpwerk für Abwasser in Wohnstraßen in Lisleby. Das Projekt beinhaltet auch die Wiederherstellung von Straßenbeleuchtungsanlagen auf Teilen des Abschnitts (Karstensens vei) und die Aufwertung des Gehwegs in Lislebyveien. Das Projekt wird als Ausführungsvertrag gemäß NS8405 durchgeführt. Die bestehenden Wasserleitungen werden erneuert und das gemeinsame Abwassersystem (AF) wird durch zwei separate Leitungen ersetzt, eine für Abwasser und eine für Oberflächenwasser. Ein kommunales Pumpwerk wird ebenfalls errichtet.
