SPD1/2026/052 - Tender for the State of Play Assessment and Development of a National Career Guidance Policy for Malta and Gozo

In accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations, the Water Services Corporation (WSC) intends to engage Economic Operators (EOs – Contractors) for the provision, implementation and ongoing operation of a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution together with a 24/7 Managed Detection and Response (MDR) / Security Operations Centre (SOC) service, in line with the requirements set out in this tender.

Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and network maintenance of NB-IoT water meter transmitters. Minimum 15,000 units, up to 20,000 units. Minimum 200 interventions, up to 1,200 interventions.
