OVERHEIDSOPDRACHT VOOR DIENSTEN MET ALS VOORWERP CORRECTIEF ONDERHOUD, EVOLUTIEF ONDERHOUD, TRANSITIE, RUN-SUPPORT, APPLICATIEBEHEER TOEPASSING TRIA (-DGHAN-). De opdracht betreft de levering van diensten inzake: correctief softwareonderhoud; evolutief softwareonderhoud - inclusief technologische vernieuwing; applicatieve ondersteuning; uitvoeren van dienstaanvragen /”service requests” technische en architecturale ondersteuning; incident- en probleembeheer (“2nd & 3rd level support”); releasebeheer; kennisoverdracht; de transitie van een ontwikkelingsfase naar de operationele RUN applicatiebeheer/governance.

Voorliggende studieopdracht betreft: 1. een volledige ontwerpstudie voor de N303 tussen kmpt. 8,67 en 11,8 (Beselarestraat), inclusief het kruispunt met de N332 welke op heden als een rotonde is geconfigureerd, 2. de opmaak van een concept en bijhorende goedgekeurde startnota voor de doortocht Passendale (N303 van kmpt. 13,85 tot en met 15,80)

Periodical monitoring of technical installations. JRC-Geel has a contract with a technical maintenance provider, responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations. These installations are subdivided in the following sections: 1. Technical installations; HVAC, including plumbing, sanitary installations, drainage, water and gas supply; and electricity (HV and LV), lighting, emergency lighting, emergency generators, lightning protection, distribution boards, UPS’s equipotential connections and earthing; 2. Building elements (access, doors, windows, locks, outer walls, external carpentry, wall covering, flooring, ceiling, roof and parking area, gutters,…). These installations are located on the JRC-Geel site. The site has a surface of 38 hectares and contains approximately 20 buildings. Some of the installations are located in controlled areas for radiation protection purposes. This implies that staff working in these areas (including monitoring activities as described here) will need prior approval by a recognised company doctor. All these tasks in the controlled area are also subject to security clearance. The contractor shall foresee the relevant clearances for itself and all subcontractors (if any) that will require access to these areas. In order to audit the performance of the maintenance, as well as to have an objective evaluation of the status of the installations, JRC-Geel wishes to have the status of the technical installations monitored periodically by an independent contractor.

BEGELEIDING BIJ DE UITWERKING VAN HET TRANSVERSAAL STRATEGISCH PLAN (TSP). De GSOB begeleidt overheidsbesturen bij het bepalen, structureren en implementeren van hun strategische visie. Deze begeleiding heeft tot doel de lokale besturen te ondersteunen bij de opmaak van hun Transversaal Strategisch Plan (TSP) en bij de operationele vertaling van de beleidsdoelstellingen. De begeleiding omvat onder meer: De organisatieanalyse en de identificatie van de strategische uitdagingen; De bepaling van de fundamenten: missie, visie en waarden; De uitwerking van de strategie en het implementatieplan; De validatie, communicatie en verspreiding van het TSP; De vastlegging van de modaliteiten voor opvolging, sturing en evaluatie.

Technisch beheer en operationele ondersteuning van het Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (PSCS) platform (CaLi platform) om de operationele stabiliteit te garanderen. Dit omvat het beheer van het platform gedurende de volledige looptijd van de raamovereenkomst.

Audits internes annuels du système de gestion de la santé et de la sécurité au travail de la Commission européenne sur le site de Bruxelles pour la période 2027 – 2030, conformément à la décision C(2006) 1623 de la Commission européenne du 26 avril 2006 établissant une politique harmonisée en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail pour l'ensemble du personnel de la Commission européenne.

Mission d'Assistance à la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMO) pour le pouvoir adjudicateur dans la conduite et le suivi de l'opération, depuis les phases de planification de projet jusqu'à l'expiration de l'ultime délai de garantie relatif à la réalisation des travaux de la transformation du bâtiment des anciennes piscines de Louvain-la-Neuve, sis rue du Castinia en bâtiment scolaire (Ecole Supérieure des Arts spécialisée dans le cinéma, théâtre, télévision, radio) comprenant la coordination administrative, technique et financière dans le cadre du Programme d'Investissement Exceptionnel de la Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles. L'assistance à la maîtrise d'ouvrage consiste à apporter assistance et conseil au maître d'ouvrage sur les aspects techniques, réglementaires, administratifs, juridiques, économiques et performanciels lors de la réalisation du projet.

De diensten binnen het kader van deze raamovereenkomst omvatten (niet-limitatief): - Het uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies en onderzoeken gerelateerd aan infrastructuurprojecten en mobiliteit; - De studie en het ontwerp voor infrastructuurprojecten in de breedste zin, desgevallend incl. vervanging van bestaande riolering door een gescheiden stelsel; - Het ontwerp en de studie van kunstwerken (bruggen en tunnels); - Het uitvoeren van verkeerskundige onderzoeken; - De opmaak van startnota, projectnota en evaluatienota; - Het uitvoeren van topografische opmetingen; - Opmaak overeenkomstige onteigeningsplannen; - Opmaak Project-MER / ; - Het uitvoeren van natuuronderzoeken allerhande (passende beoordeling, algemene natuurtoets, verscherpte natuurtoets, bomentoets, enz…); - Opmaak van grond(water)onderzoeken en bemalingsstudies; - Opmaak dossier omgevingsvergunningsaanvraag; - Coördineren en opvolgen van de (eventuele) werken van nutsmaatschappijen volgens de rol van “ontwerper” zoals beschreven in de “Praktische leidraad voor werken in de omgeving van nutsinfrastructuur op het openbare domein in Vlaanderen”; - Uitwerken van gedetailleerde aanbestedingsbescheiden (plannen, bestek, opmeting en gedetailleerde raming); - Assistentie bij het toezicht op de uitvoering van de werken; - Kwaliteitsbewaking gedurende de ganse studieopdracht; - Leveren van prestaties rond BIM - Bouwwerk Informatie Management; - Leveren van prestaties rond communicatie en participatie; - Het inzetten van allerhande profielen om bovenstaande diensten te kunnen leveren
