Provide an architect-led multidisciplinary design team for redevelopment of 25–26 O’Connell Street, Waterford. The team includes a Grade 3 conservation-accredited architect, civil/structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, quantity surveyors, and a building energy consultant.

Provide a multidisciplinary design team for Westgate Vision Public Realm Scheme Character Areas 1 and 2. Deliver detailed design and tendering, manage the construction phase, and support delivery through handover.

Manage and deliver projects to refurbish existing school spaces for special educational needs (SEN) or provide modular SEN or mainstream classrooms and ancillary space, including associated site works. Services include site assessment, identifying constraints and risks, order-of-magnitude costing, design, procurement and construction supervision, with workstreams tailored to refurbishment or modular delivery.

Provide architect-led integrated design team professional services for fire safety remediation of Dublin City Council-owned or partly owned buildings. The initial contract covers all project stages, from preliminary design through handover, for remediation of a seven-storey mixed-use development in Dublin city centre.

Deliver a broad range of civil engineering and associated capital works at Dublin Port and other DPC-controlled lands, including marine and quay works, dredging, roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, remediation, buildings and port electrification. Framework members must be capable of delivering the full range, individually or as a consortium.

Appoint a design team through the existing Zone B enabling framework for renovation, refurbishment and fit-out of a light industrial unit. The facility will support decanting non-acute services from the UHG campus.

Design and build 21 units, including associated site works at Fortlawn Estate, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Provide works contractor services, including the role of PSCS, for conservation and adaptation of 14–17 Moore Street and construction of a new visitor facility at 8–9 Moore Lane, Dublin 1.

Pre-qualification of architect-led integrated design teams for a single-party framework, with the new two-bay fire station on Johnstown Road, Rathdowney, as the initial contract.

Act as development partner with South Dublin County Council to identify and deliver an optimal scheme for Council-owned land at Kishogue Urban Centre, Clonburris SDZ, subsectors KUC-S1, KUC-S2 and KUC-S3. Scope includes planning, detailed design, construction, delivery and sale of an estimated 640 homes (subject to planning permission), comprising anticipated 120 social homes, at least 260 affordable-purchase homes and up to 260 cost-rental homes; delivery of 900 m² of commercial property; and progressing identification of a site for 6,300 m² of future employment use.
