The project includes for the disconnection, removal and replacement of the 3 No Airconditioning AHU units on the roof plant area of the building, including the associated ductwork, attenuators, fittings, weathered upstands etc. The scope also includes modifications and additions to the existing ductwork installation on the ground floor to serve additional modular offices hat were originally part of an open plan arrangement.

Energy Upgrade Works to Unit 1I – Scioból na bhFear, Gaoth Dobhair, comprising construction of a protected stairway and accessible toilet, removal of redundant mechanical and electrical services, and upgrades to ventilation, heating, lighting, insulation and airtightness, together with all associated builders' works.

Design, construct and install storage solutions for the Irish Defence Forces at up to nine (9) locations across the country: McKee Barracks, Blackhorse Avenue, D7; Cathal Brugha Barracks, Rathmines, D6; Casement Aerodrome, Baldonnel, Co. All elements are required to be installed as soon as possible from contract signing with the selected provider to support the delivery of the new equipment in 2026.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single party Framework Agreement for services to inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and fire detection and alarm systems in High Voltage substations. Will include annual site visits, checking of systems as required and maintenance / supply or refilling of fire extinguishers, repair and disposal of fire extinguishers as required. Annual testing/certification of fire detection and alarm system. This will predominately be a services framework agreement with a small element of it being works related.

Ad-hoc, maintenance, refurbishment, and emergency electrical installation works for SETU campuses in Waterford and Kilkenny. Response time of 1 hour required. Individual project values up to €30,000.
