Provide engineering design services and construct the Simulator Centre North Norway at Setermoen camp. The project includes teaching facilities, a technical wing, an equipment hall and an external vehicle parking area.

Carry out varied bridge maintenance in Innlandet and Buskerud, including concrete repairs, structural alterations, railing and drainage works, joint and asphalt repairs, and surface treatment. Monitor bridges and report observed damage. Environmental requirements include low-carbon concrete where technically appropriate, 90% zero-emission light vehicles and minimum EURO 6/Stage IV for diesel vehicles and machinery.

Build a three-storey extension at Bråvolltunet care home for 18 new hospital places, with changing facilities, a memorial room and storage. Renovate existing premises to create a six-place monitoring unit and new basement facilities, and deliver flood protection and water and sewage works.

Jointly develop the project with Elverum municipality, then design and build a new school extension with classrooms, group rooms and specialist rooms for two parallel school classes. The turnkey contractor is responsible for all relevant disciplines, including the responsible applicant and complete engineering design services.

Further develop the preliminary project through detailed engineering design and construct 24 sheltered accommodation flats with shared communal areas. The two-storey building, with a partial basement, will be located beside Sonjatun health centre and nursing home.

Provide services, repairs, maintenance and expansions for existing automatic access control and burglar alarm installations, and complete new installations in existing and new purpose-built municipal buildings, to ensure proper and compliant technical security.

Establishment of a new, upgraded square system in Kvinesdal centre, with a stage/amphitheatre, roof superstructure, play area, meeting places, planting and street/parking. In addition, upgrade of some city centre streets and replacement of water and sewage pipelines. Subject areas include: Road and ground work, landscape design, concrete work, joinery, masonry, electro and water and sewage works, assembly of wood structures and demolition and environmental clearance.
