Supply, implement and support a dock-door management, messaging and final-mile delivery system for the New Children's Hospital. Functions include dock scheduling, delivery tracking, automated goods identification and routing, returns recording, AGV workflow integration and communication with end users.

Provide soft facilities management for the MetroLink project team at Coopers Cross, including two reception staff and two facilities assistants, cleaning, office supplies, courier, taxi and postal services, catering supplies and confidential shredding. Maintain facilities equipment and specified fire, first-aid, smoke-detection and Zip Tap systems, and support future MetroLink site offices.

Provide an architect-led multidisciplinary team for pyrite remediation and other building and surrounding-area works at Darndale Regional Youth Facility. Lead preliminary design through handover, including certification, employer representation, health and safety coordination, engineering, fire safety and quantity surveying. Design and coordinate temporary decant accommodation required to maintain youth services during construction.

Provide support, maintenance and development for the HSE FingerPrint Track and Trace system, which records decontamination and sterilisation processes for theatre tray sets and endoscopes. Support the existing multi-site, on-premises Citrix and Microsoft SQL infrastructure used across HSE-funded organisations.

Provide the Cornerstone platform and required content subscription, including platform and content support and maintenance.

Supply, maintenance and support of Citrix DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops for approximately 11,000 users. Scope also includes Citrix product and licence support, maintenance of four NetScaler MPX 9200 appliances, priority support and escalation, training, professional services and annual health checks.

Provide senior business consultancy to support TG4’s management team, with knowledge of the television broadcasting industry. Services are expected to total approximately 60 days per year, spread across the year.
