Responsibilities include hiring the planning process, functioning as the municipality ́s project camp, hiring the municipality ́s municipal plan team, assisting with planning consultancy services, being a mentor to the municipality's own plan resources, ensuring progress, quality and implementation ability, and representing the municipality in dialogue with inhabitants, businesses, police officers, regional and state physicians. Estimated scope is 2,000 hours.

The procurement shall cover the Contracting Authority ́s need for ongoing accounting, payroll services and the preparation of Annual Financial Statements with notes. Furthermore, the tenderer shall offer integrated system solutions that support, among other things, travel expenses and outlay refund, time registration, absence registration and follow-up and rota planning. The contracting authority would like a stable and flexible delivery with high availability and sufficient capacity to handle variations in the need for assistance. The contract shall allow for the extent of the assistance to be increased as needed, for example by sick leave, organisational changes or other conditions that lead to an increased need for support.

The procurement shall cover the need for ticket sales and information desks and lockers at the Viking Age Museum. The procurement concerns engineering design, production and establishment of an integrated information counter and changing rooms as part of an ongoing construction project, including necessary construction works, building floors, integration and assembly at the construction site. The information counter shall be a central part of the former Oseberg wing of the existing building, now Vestibylen, which becomes a central point of contact for the public on the way both in and out of the museum. Changing rooms for the public shall be placed over three floors, in the former Oseberg wing in the existing building. The area is expected to have a high impact on persons, by a broad target group of visitors. The requested functionalities shall have a high level of quality, both as regards execution, functionality and durability.

The tenderer's personnel are required to communicate fluently in Norwegian and English, both oral and written. This is necessary in order to ensure quality in health assessments, consultations, crisis management and follow-up of employees and accompanying family members.

The Courthouse has premises in three floors and a basement and has a usable area of approx. 5,000 m2 and consists of a meeting hall, 11 courtrooms, teaching rooms, meeting rooms, canteen, office departments etc. There are approx. 60 employees in the courthouse in Tromsø, and the number of visitors is estimated to be approx. 50-60 on average per day.
