Deliver small-to-medium site works primarily in Trondheim, covering water and wastewater infrastructure, roads, sanitation, and potentially urban and green areas. Work may include new installations, renewals, repairs, road and public-space improvements, and vegetation or area restoration; the authority intends parallel agreements with 3–4 contractors.

Provide a proposed resource for cost estimation, calculation, cost control or financial advisory services in the early phase, planning or development of building and construction projects. The resource must have at least 10 years of relevant construction experience, including at least five years in these services during the last seven years.

Provide the client’s representative for construction projects, including technical/ITB coordination and SHA (safety, health and working environment) coordination.

Lease a site office facility at Evenes Air Station to provide office accommodation for Forsvarsbygg's Project and Development Department personnel in connection with development of the air station.

Provide planning consultancy services, including preparing municipal social development plans (KP-S), municipal land-use plans (KP-A), municipal coastal zone plans, land-use-related municipal sub-plans and municipal area zoning plans, and other plans for which a municipality is the planning authority when there is a specific need and justification. Framework agreement with up to three consultants ranked by priority.

Provide architectural client advisory services for the Mjøssykehuset project, supporting its development through the preliminary project phase and any subsequent project phases.

Hire of one senior project manager to manage the work on the new municipal plan ́s area part (KPA) for Stryn municipality. The project manager shall function as an integrated part of the municipality ́s organisation and have the role of the municipality ́s project manager throughout the planning course. Responsibilities include hiring the planning process, functioning as the municipality ́s project camp, hiring the municipality ́s municipal plan team, assisting with planning consultancy services, being a mentor to the municipality's own plan resources, ensuring progress, quality and implementation ability, and representing the municipality in dialogue with inhabitants, businesses, police officers, regional and state physicians. Estimated scope is 2,000 hours.

Consultancy services for the operation, maintenance, and development of the water network model for NRVA and its owner municipalities.

In connection with project no. 1263101 (UiO HSH Facade Rehabilitation), Statsbygg invites tenders for the design-build contract K202 Ventilation Units. This design-build contract (K202) primarily entails replacing existing ventilation units with new ones in the rooftop plant room. Additionally, related technical installations will be upgraded. This design-build contract (K202 Ventilation Units) will be assigned to the main design-build contractor responsible for the facade rehabilitation (K201 Facade Rehabilitation). Installation and commissioning of the new ventilation units are scheduled for the summer of 2027, taking advantage of the university's low activity level during the May–August period. The contract includes the following options: Option 1: New supply riser to the rooftop plant room; Option 2: Cleaning of ventilation ducts.

The framework agreement shall cover fire alarm systems (including alarm organisation) and emergency lighting and escape route guidance systems in connection with urgent remedial works, planned maintenance works and minor rehabilitation projects. Properties may be added to or removed from the framework agreement during the contract period. Reasons for this may include new construction, rehabilitation and demolition. New systems added to the framework agreement shall be subject to the same terms and conditions. Framework agreement suppliers will be assigned a fixed portfolio. However, this may be adjusted in response to changes in the needs of both the contracting authority and the supplier.
