This procurement will be carried out as a joint tender work between several municipalities. The cooperation only includes implementation of the procurement process, including preparation of the tender documentation and evaluation of tender offers. The contracting authorities for this procurement are: ITMidt (inter-municipal IT and digitalisation cooperation between Melhus, Midtre Gauldal and Skaun), Leka municipality, Nærøysund municipality, Orkland municipality.
