The prime purpose of the contract is to provide households in South Dublin County with additional waste recycling and recovery opportunities. The Contractor will also make full provision for the supply of the required waste handling equipment, repairs, replacement and maintenance of the equipment and the infrastructure included on site. The site is subject to a Waste Licence granted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
