Provide a vendor-hosted, community-supported digital preservation archive that safeguards research libraries’ access to e-journals, e-books and digital collections for participating Irish higher education institutions.

Provide ICT managed services through a reliable, secure and compliant service model, combining on-site and remote support to operate the contracting entity’s information and technology environment.

Provide a cloud-hosted accreditation and certification management software platform for the University of Limerick Business School, including associated services.

Provide support, maintenance and development for the HSE FingerPrint Track and Trace system, which records decontamination and sterilisation processes for theatre tray sets and endoscopes. Support the existing multi-site, on-premises Citrix and Microsoft SQL infrastructure used across HSE-funded organisations.

Supply, maintenance and support of Citrix DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops for approximately 11,000 users. Scope also includes Citrix product and licence support, maintenance of four NetScaler MPX 9200 appliances, priority support and escalation, training, professional services and annual health checks.

Provide a comprehensive managed service for the NTA’s dedicated standalone ServiceNow instances, including support and maintenance, system administration, configuration and development, upgrades and releases, incident and problem management, security and governance, reporting, training, licensing management, third-party integrations, transition services, hosting, and specialist resources or consultancy as required.

IReL (Irish Research eLibrary) is a nationally funded e-resource licensing Consortium providing access to leading Science Technology and Medicine (STM) and Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) resources on behalf of participating Irish publicly funded higher education institutions (IReL Members). IReL member libraries require a Document Delivery Service (DDS) to supplement their existing e-resource collections by allowing users to access and read content which is not currently subscribed.

Provision of support services, data validation, calibration and maintenance for some of the instrumentation and associated data streams for Met Éireann's environmental monitoring instrumentation and related infrastructure at Bray Head, Valentia Island. Includes support for programmes such as GAW, EMEP, ICOS and GHG emissions monitoring.
