Beibehaltung bestehender ICT-, Einbruchmelde-, PA- und CCTV-Systeme. Durchführung aller elektrischen Arbeiten gemäß Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen. Gründliche Reinigung des Gebäudes durch Vertragsreiniger nach Abschluss der Arbeiten. Durchführung aller vorbereitenden Bauarbeiten, Abbrucharbeiten und Bauarbeiten gemäß Bauerschedule. Tätigkeit als Projektleiter im Bauabschnitt. Einhaltung aktueller Arbeitsschutzvorschriften.
