Develop and establish a comprehensive, modular trade system replacing the current system and supporting the Guarantee Fund’s grant and performance schemes. Deliver in two phases: crew-based schemes first, followed by vessel-based schemes, with full production setup and handover after phase 2. Provide configurable rules and rates, integrations, secure and traceable processing, user interfaces for internal and external users, document production, applications, decisions, calculations, payments and settlement; include testing, documentation and competence transfer. Provide long-term maintenance, management and further development after takeover.

The objective of the procurement is to establish a contract for a cloud based core system (the "OneTrack system") that shall support Vy's most business critical function areas in production planning and operative management of passenger train traffic in Norway and Sweden. The procurement shall contribute to replacing the current fragmented system landscape with a common, integrated system that supports end-to-end processes, improved information flow and more uniform work processes across Norway and Sweden. The scope includes: * The cloud service (the OneTrack system) with the accompanying infrastructure and computer resources. * Establishment of the system, including facilitation and implementation of the system. * Management of the system, including monitoring, support, training and compliance with the agreed service level. * A voluntary option connected to the functionality for planning buses for trains. * Any additional services offered through the Tenderer's Service Catalogue.

Delivery, installation and commissioning of complete navigation simulators for Nord-Troms sixth form college, skjervøy school and Senja sixth form college, Department Gibostad. The delivery includes simulator stations for pupils and instructors, necessary hardware and software, accompanying licences, cabling, integration with relevant existing equipment and adapted furnishing. The system shall facilitate realistic training in navigation, manoeuvring, GMDSS communication, interaction between vessels and exercises across disciplines. The simulators shall be able to be controlled together from the instructor station, support joint scenarios and give good possibilities for real time management, recording, documentation and evaluation of exercises. Flexibility is also wanted for future expansions and integrations, including an option for a fishing module. The assignment includes further training in use and operation, documentation, proposals for a room system and any infrastructure requirements, as well as a service and maintenance agreement with support and access to spare parts.

Luftambulansetjenesten HF (LAT) shall procure accounting, payroll and HR services, whose purpose is to ensure efficient, quality assured and user friendly processes for accounting, payroll and personnel administration, as well as good management information and compliance with the current rules. The procurement shall cover the Contracting Authority ́s need for ongoing accounting, payroll services and the preparation of Annual Financial Statements with notes. Furthermore, the tenderer shall offer integrated system solutions that support, among other things, travel expenses and outlay refund, time registration, absence registration and follow-up and rota planning. The contracting authority would like a stable and flexible delivery with high availability and sufficient capacity to handle variations in the need for assistance. The contract shall allow for the extent of the assistance to be increased as needed, for example by sick leave, organisational changes or other conditions that lead to an increased need for support.

Enterprise Risk Management is Statnett's framework for risk management at the strategic and tactical levels. Stable access to this data is decisive for ensuring efficient case handling and the provision of services to inhabitants and businesses. The objective of the procurement is to establish a secure and robust system for backing up and restoring data. The procured system shall contribute to ensuring high availability to the agency's data and systems and reduce risk connected to data loss, security events and interruptions to operations. The system shall support the agency ́s need for: - protection of mission critical data. - Quick Recovery on Events - Robustness against cyber threats (including ransomware). - flexibility in connection with the transition to Oslo municipality ́s common ICT platform. The procurement comprises a combined system for backup and recovery that can consist of: - service delivery from the tenderer ́s platform. - operation of systems in the contracting authority ́s or third-party environment. - necessary components for storage and recovery. The system shall ensure that backup copies are stored at least two independent locations, which are physically and logically separate.
