Microbuzele trebuie să îndeplinească condiții speciale de fiabilitate, securitate, confort, protecție ambientală, mentenanță scăzută și accesibilitate ușoară. Caroseria va fi garantată minimum 8 ani. Motor diesel, norme de poluare EURO VI-E. Livrare în două etape: Etapa I – 10 microbuze în maxim 60 de zile; Etapa II – 15 microbuze în maxim 180 de zile. Instruirea personalului (minim 25 persoane) și asigurarea pieselor de schimb pentru 8 ani.
